LWF Challenge Workout: The Big 10by Jennifer Blake
Today’s challenge workout is a descending ladder — every movement is going to stay at 10 reps for each round, except the Hand-Release Pushups, which will decrease by one rep on each round. The hand-release pushups start at 10 reps for the first round and work down to one rep, for a total of ten rounds. Are you ready for this doozy?
“The Big 10” – Complete 10 rounds of this bodyweight circuit, decreasing the number of Hand-Release Pushup repetitions each round.
Bodyweight Bulgarian Split Squat – 5 reps each side
Bodyweight Hand-Release Pushup – 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 (Laddered movement)
Valslide SHELC – 10 reps
Bodyweight Jump Squat – 10 reps
