LWF Challenge Workout: Trail Blazerby Jen Sinkler
I can admit it: I might use what I like to call “loving peer pressure” to get my friends to join me in a workout. I can’t help it! I just want everyone to have as much fun as I do!
This latest Lift Weights Faster Challenge Workout was filmed at CrossFit Center City, one of several of my home-away-from-home gyms while I’m in Philly for the next month, and I was happy to lovingly convince two of my good friends, Emily Record, a CrossFit Center City coach, and Maya Camille Winters, a national champion strongman athlete to join me. (It’s also Emily’s on-camera debut — she’s normally quite camera shy — so give her an internet high-five for being such a great sport!)
Catch the video below to review the exercises for this circuit, and don’t underestimate it just because it’s bodyweight only. Remember to keep your reps crisp and sharp, and rest as long as you need to at the bottom of the round to make that possible.

“Trail Blazer”: Complete as many rounds as pretty (AMRAP) of this circuit in 10 to 15 minutes.
Cossack Squat x 10 Each Side
Knee-to-Elbow Plank x 8
Hand-Release Pushup x 6
Jumping Lunge x 4
Squat Thrust x 2
Sprint x 20 yards
